Shipping Policy
At Lorenge Exclusive, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. We understand how important it is for you to receive your products promptly. Therefore, we aim to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. Generally, our orders have a worldwide delivery time of 6 to 10 business days. During sales, additional products often need to be produced, which can extend the delivery time by an additional 5 days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information. This allows you to track your package and see an estimated delivery date.

Return Policy
We know you’re going to love our products, but we understand you may not be entirely sure. That’s why we offer a 30-day trial period on our products. If for any reason you are not convinced by our products, you can request a return up to 30 days after receipt.
To qualify for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. If the product has been used and there is dissatisfaction, we ask that you contact our customer service so we can come to an appropriate solution, such as a refund or a free alternative.
If you wish to request a return, you can contact us at hello@lorenge.eu. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.
Refunds
If your return is received and accepted, you will be notified via email. Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.
We charge a small fee for the shipping of your return.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it appropriately.
Sales
During sales periods, free products may be added to your order.
Please note: this happens automatically. We offer various bundles, where the free product is automatically added to your cart. The number of items you see in your cart is the number of items you will receive. If you adjust this number, for example, from '2 items' to '1 item', the price remains the same and you have removed your free product from your order, meaning it will not be delivered. This item also cannot be sent to you for free later.
If you see "+1 FREE" in your order summary but did not receive your free product, please check the number of items. +1 FREE is merely a variant name of the respective product and does not pertain to the quantity of items in your cart.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
